RESOLUTION NO. 02-54
A RESOLUTION
APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR AUTHORIZATION
FOR AN EXEMPT GAMBLING PERMIT
TRINITY LUTHERAN CHURCH
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby approves the
application for authorization to conduct exempt gambling activities at Trinity Lutberan
Church at its annual Holiday Craft and Bake Sale event to be held November 2, 2002,
with total prizes not exceeding $2,500.00 for the 2002 calendar year.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 15th day of October, 2002.
