WHEREAS, Mr. David Sand has been appointed to the North Suburban
Communications Commission; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Saud has served as an active member of the North Suburban
Communications Commission for the last year; aud,
WHEREAS, Mr. Sand has resigned from his position on the North Suburban
Communications Commission; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Sand gained the respect and gratitude of those who had the
privilege of working with him on the North Suburban Communications Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Arden Hills, on behalf of the residents of the City of Arden Hills, expresses its appreciation
to David Sand for his dedicated and devoted service on the North Suburban
Communications Commission.
