A RESOLUTION
APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR AUTHORIZATION
FOR AN EXEMPT GAMBLING PERMIT
FOR MOUNDSVIEW HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS BASKETBALL BOOSTER CLUB
.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby approves the
application for authorization to conduct exempt gambling activities for the Moundsview
High School Girls Basketball Booster Club, Inc. for a prize raffle not to exceed
$50,000,00 allowed by the Minnesota State Lawful Gambling Permit Rules 317 A, from
November 19th, 2002 through February 14'\ 2003.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 18th day of November, 2002,
