RESOLUTION NO. 02-61
A RESOLUTION
REVOKING COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAYS/MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS
FERNWOOD A VENUE FROM COUNTY ROAD F TO LEXINGTON (.64 MILES).
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, that
the road hereinafter described, shall be revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street under the
provisions of Minnesota Law.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, that the road described as followed, to-wit:
Femwood Avenue from County Road F to Lexington Avenue (.64 miles)
be, and hereby is, revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of said City, subject to the approval of
the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his
consideration.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 25th day of November, 2002,
