Home My WebLink About02-072 . . . ~ ~HILLS CITY OF ARDEN HILLS COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 02-72 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR 2003 WHEREAS, Section 310 of the Arden Hills Municipal Code provides that permit/license fees be established from time to time by Resolution adopted by the City Council; and WHEREAS, the Council has expressed a desire to review the fee schedule on a regular basis; and WHEREAS, staff has completed a formal review of all fees charged by the City, and would recommend that the attached fee schedule for the year 2003; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills that the attached fee schedule be adopted: (See Attachment) BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that these fees shall become effective January I, 2003.
