RESOLUTION NO. 02-74
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2003 CITY CONTRIBUTION TO THE
NON-BARGAINING UNIT EMPLOYEE MONTHLY BENEFITS
WHEREAS, the City Council approved four-hundred twelve ($412,00) per employee,
per month, shall be the Cities contribution toward non-bargaining employee benefits in calendar
year 2002,
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a three percent (3%) mcrease to the
aforementioned contribution for calendar year 2003,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Arden Hills does hereby
approve four-hundred twenty four dollars ($424.00) per month, per employee, shall be included
in the calendar year 2003 City Contribution to the Non-Bargaining Unit Employees Benefits.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS
