CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION FOR ELWOOD CALDWELL
WHEREAS, Mr. Caldwell served as an active member of the Communications Committee
for a number of years; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Caldwell has resigned from his position on the Communications
Committee after many years of dedicated service; and,
WHEREAS, in his tenure, Mr. Caldwell gained the respect and gratitude of those who had
the privilege of working with him on the Communications Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, on
behalf of the residents of the City of Arden Hills, expresses its appreciation to Mr. Elwood
Caldwell for his dedicated and devoted service on the Arden Hills Communications Committee.
