APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Councilmember Holden requested Item I and Item J be pulled from the Consent Calendar and be <br /> discussed as Items 9A and 9B. <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Monson seconded a <br /> motion to approve the meeting agenda as amended. The motion carried (5-0). <br /> 2. TCAAP/RICE CREEK COMMONS UPDATE <br /> City Administrator Jagoe stated the Joint Development Authority and neither of the advisory <br /> committees have met since the last Council meeting. The next JDA meeting will be on <br /> Wednesday, April 291h at 5:30. <br />
