RESOLUTION NO. 01-17
A RESOLUTION
APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR AUTHORIZATION
FOR AN EXEMPT GAMBLING PERMIT
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota,
that:
1. The City of Arden Hills agrees to approve the application for authorization to
conduct raffle gambling activities for The Catholic Aid Association, 3499 N.
Lexington Avenue, Arden Hills, Minnesota, on March 31, 2002; June 30, 2002;
September 30, 2002; and December 31,2002, with total prizes not exceeding
$7,800.00 for the 2002 calendar year.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
THIS 9TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 2001.

AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF DOCUMENTS RELATING THERETO
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
