CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
CHAPTER 8 — TRAFFIC AND MOTOR VEHICLES
OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE
CONCERNING PARKING REGULATIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 8 — Traffic and Motor Vehicles, Section 800 — Traffic and Parking
Regulations, Subsection 800.03 — Parking Regulations is hereby amended by deleting the
strika+hfough language and adding the underlined language to read as follows:
800.03 Parking Regulations
Subd. 2 Overnight Parking. No vehicle shall be parked on any street between the hours of
2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. from November 1 S` through April I".
Subd. 5 Parking on Public Streets. Parking on public streets shall not exceed si* ten hours.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and
publication according to law.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 26t' day of May 2026, by the City Council of the City of
Arden Hills, Minnesota.
