RESOLUTION NO. 01-12
A RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL OF
CHARITABLE GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT APPLICATION
FOR ABW A LADY SLIPPER CHAPTER AT FLAHERTY'S ARDEN BOWL
WHEREAS, the City has received a renewal premises permit application from the ABW A Lady
Slipper Chapter for Class B charitable gambling activity at Flaherty's Arden Bowl, Inc, located at
1273 West County Road E; and
WHEREAS, all City licensing and fee requirements have been met as required by City
Ordinance,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota:
That the City of Arden Hills hereby agrees to grant the premises permit renewal
application for ABW A Lady Slipper Chapter for Class B licensed charitable gambling
activity to be located at Flaherty's Arden Bowl, Inc" 1273 West County Road E, Arden
Hills, Minnesota, for a period from August I, 200 I to July 31, 2003.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS

Hills, Minnesota, hereby certifies :h,~ following:

available record in the offi:e of the City, Said resolution was duly adopted by the City
Council at a regular meetil:g of the Council held on May 29, 200 , ~aid meeting was
duly called, regularly held, OJen to the public, and held at the place at which meetings of
the Council are regularly held. Council member Grant moved the adoption of the
resolution, which motion \'ia:; seconded by Councilmember Larson. A vote being taken
on the motion, following members of the Council voted in favor of the motion to adopt
the resolution:
