A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE TIME PERIOD
FOR RECORDING THE FINAL PLAT IN THE NE QUADRANT OF 1-694 AND I-35W
PLANNING CASE #01-09
WHEREAS, as one of the conditions for approval of this Plat, the Commission required the
final Plat be recorded within 60 days of the date of City approval, and;
WHEREAS, the final City approval occurred on May 29,2001, requiring the Plat to be filed no
later than July 28, 2001, and;
WHEREAS, the original closing date of July 13,2001, has been postponed by Morris
Communications, and is now scheduled for September 20,2001, and;
WHEREAS, Chesapeake Companies has requested an extension ofthe time required to file the
Final Plat beyond July 28, 2001.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission ofthe City of Arden
Hills, the Commission hereby extends its condition on the filing of the Final Plat to that time no
later than 60 days after the closing of the sale of the property by Morris Communications to
Chesapeake Companies.
