CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2, SECTION 210, SUBSECTION 210.03
OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE CONCERNING
COUNCIL MEETINGS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 2—Administration, Section 210—City Council, Subsection 210.03
— Council Meetings, is hereby amended by adding the below underlined language and removing
the str-ieken language.
Subd. 1 Regular Meetings. The City Council shall have regular meetings on the second and fourth
Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. and shall have regular workshops on the second and fourth
Monday of each month at 5:3-000 p.m. If a regular or workshop meeting date falls on a holiday,
the meeting shall be conducted on the next following business day. The first meeting of the year
shall be held on the second Monday of January. All meetings shall be held in the City Hall except
as otherwise, from time to time, may be designated by City Council Resolution.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and
publication according to law.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 8"' day of June, 2026, by the City Council of the City of
Arden Hills, Minnesota.
