Approved: June 8, 2026 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />MAY 11, 2026 <br />5:30 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Grant called to order the City Council Work <br />Session at 5:30 p.m. <br />Present: Mayor David Grant; Councilmembers Tena Monson, Emily Rousseau and <br />Kurt Weber <br />Absent: Councilmember Brenda Holden (excused) <br />Also present: City Administrator Jessica Jagoe, Public Works Director/City Engineer <br />David Swearingen, Assistant to the City Administrator/City Clerk Julie Hanson and <br />Community Development Director Jake Reilly <br />Councilmember Monson requested that Item F, Public Hearing Agenda Format be moved to Item <br />B. State of the City Policy <br />City Administrator Jagoe said this discussion follows the April 13 Work Session where Staff <br />asked Council to review the draft policy. Council requested that Staff send the three questions <br />regarding next steps on policy language via email. The questions surrounded date/time, location <br />
