RESOLUTION NO. 00-11
RESOLUTION APPROVING NORTH SUBURBAN YOUTH ASSOCIATION
CHARITABLE GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT RENEWAL APPLICATION
AT BIG TEN SUPPER CLUB
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, based on the presumption of a valid lease agreement
between the North Suburban Youth Association and the Big Ten Supper Club, that the City of
Arden Hills agrees to approve the Bingo Hall Premises Permit renewal application for North
Suburban Youth Association (NYSA) for a Class B gambling booth at the Big Ten Supper Club,
4703 North Highway 10, Arden Hills, Minnesota,
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS

The undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting City Administrator of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, hereby certifies the following:
The foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution on file and of official, publicly
available record in the office of the City, Said resolution was duly adopted by the City
Council at a regular meeting of the Council held on February 14 ,2000. Said meeting
was duly called, regularly held, open to the public, and held at the place at which
meetings of the Council are regularly held, Councilmember Aplikowski moved the
adoption ofthe resolution, which motion was seconded by Councilmember Rem;
whereupon majority vote, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
WITNESS MY HAND AND SEAL OF OFFICE as the City Administrator of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, this 15'h day of February, 2000.
