A RESOLUTION
APPROVING AN APPLICATION
TO CONDUCT ONE-DAY OFF-SITE GAMBLING
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota
that:
The City of Arden Hills agrees to approve the application for authorization to conduct
one-day off-site Class D raffle gambling activity for the Circle Pines/Lexington Lions
Club (License No, A-OII06) at the Holiday Inn, 1201 West County Road E, Arden Hills,
Minnesota on April I, 2000.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
THIS 14TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2000.

The undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting City Administrator of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, hereby certifies the following:
The foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution on file and of official, publicly
available record in the office ofthe City, Said resolution was duly adopted by the City
Council at a regular meeting of the Council held on Februarv 14 ,2000. Said meeting
was duly called, regularly held, open to the public, and held at the place at which
meetings of the Council are regularly held. Councilmember Larson moved the
adoption of the resolution, which motion was seconded by Councilmember Aplikowski;
whereupon majority vote, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
