RESOLUTION NO. 00-15
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FUNDS
FOR WATERMAIN EXTENSION ON OLD HIGHWAY TEN
WHEREAS, there is only one remaining residential neighborhood not currently served by the
availability of City water for domestic and fire protection supply purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills utility has limited financial resources to pay for the
completion of this segment in full; and
WHEREAS, the proposed improvements will create an improved living and public safety
environment in the City of Arden Hills, as well as infrastructure improvements;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Mimlesota that the City of Arden Hills supports the application for CDBG funds from Ramsey
County for the construction ofa watermain extension along Old Highway 10,
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
