RESOLUTION NO. 00-19
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO
PREPARE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
ARDEN MANOR PARK IMPROVEMENTS AND
THE OLD HIGHWAY 10 WATERMAIN EXTENSION
PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the City made improvements at Arden Manor Park in 1999, but funding limitations
did not allow for the completion of the project; and
WHEREAS, the City explored the Old Highway 10 Watermain Extension project, and
determined that the project was not feasible without another funding source; and
WHEREAS, the City has received Ramsey County HRA approval for Community Development
Block Grant (CDBG) funding tor these two (2) projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, that the City Engineer (BRW) is hereby authorized to prepare
Plans and Specifications for Arden Manor Park Improvements and the Old Highway 10
Watermain Extension Project. The City Engineer shall report to the Council with all convenient
speed advising the Council in a preliminary way the estimated cost of the improvement as
recommended.
