RESOLUTION NO. 00-33
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING RATE
FOR 2001 CURBSIDE RECYCLING PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has an established curbside recycling program in place for
all Arden Hills residents; and
WHEREAS, the City will continue the program into the Year 2001; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of Arden Hills has entered into a Joint Powers Agreement (JPA)
with Ramsey County to assess individual residential property owners fees to support the
recycling program; and
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills wishes to continue this funding mechanism.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota:
That the funding rate for residential recycling for the Year 200 I is hereby established at
$22.45 per residential parcel.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council authorizes Ramsey County to place this
charge upon the tax rolls.

RESOLUTION NO. 00-33
The undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting City Administrator of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, hereby certifies the following:
The foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution on file and of official, publicly
available record in the office of the City. Said resolution was duly adopted by the City
Council at a regular meeting of the Council held on September 25. 2000 . Said
meeting was duly called, regularly held, open to the public, and held at the place at which
meetings of the Council are regularly held. Councilmember Grant moved the
adoption of the resolution, which motion was seconded by Councilmember Aplikowski ;
whereupon majority vote, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Hills, Minnesota, this 25th day of September ,2000.
