APPROVING CLASSIFICATION OF PARCELS OF
TAX FORFEITED LAND AS NON-CONSERVATION
LANDS AND AUTHORIZING THE SALE THEREOF

. WHEREAS, The Board of County CommIssioners of
Ramsey County by resolution dated October 15, 1984, classl-
fle~ as non-conservation land, certain land lyIng wIthIn
the limits of the City of Arden HI I Is;. and
WHEREAS, A certified copy of the classification
resolution together with a list of the land classified
has been submitted for approval of the classification
and sale of the land classified In accordance with MSA,
Section 282.01, sub.l;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the classI-
fication of Parcel Nos. 25-38500-070-01 and 25-38500-060-02
shown on said list as non-conservation land and the sale
thereof be and hereby Is approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the City Clerk be and
hereby Is authorized to fl Ie a certified copy of this reso-
lution In the Office of the Land Commissioner.
