EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ARDEN HILLS RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, at 1450 West Highway 96, Arden Hills, Minnesota on Monday, the ~day of Octnb~r , 1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The fOllowing councilmembers were present: Mayor Woodburn, Councilmembers Hansen, Hicks and Mulcahy, and the following were absent: Councilmember Rauenhorst Councilmember Hicks introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: Resolution No. 84-45 RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-8l-3 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-8l-3 as adopted on August 29, 1983, was filed and cer- tified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on October 13, . 1983, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes for the year 1983, collec- tible in 1984; and WHEREAS, since August 29, 1983, a number of parcels of pro- perty contained within said assessment roll have been divided and conveyed by a previous property owner; and ~ . ~--. WHEREAS, the.
