EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF
CITY COUNCIL
CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, at l450 West Highway
96, Arden Hills, Minnesota on Monday, the 29th day of October ,
1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The fOllowing councilmembers were present: Mayor Woodburn,
Councilmembers Hansen, Hicks, and Mulcahy
and the following were absent: Councilme~ber Rauenhorst

introduced and moved the adoption
of the following resolution:
Resolution No. 84-43
RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT
OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO
IMPROVEMENT NO. P-80-1
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Improvement No. P-80-l as
adopted on August 23, 1982, was filed and certified to the County
Auditor of Ramsey County on September 28, 1982, for the purpose
of including installments thereof to be collected along with real
estate taxes for the year 1982, collectible in 1983; and
WHEREAS, since August 23, 1982, a number of parcels of pro-
perty contained within said assessment roll have been divided and
conveyed by a previous property owner; and

WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
... tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made
by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills in order that the
proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against
each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment
to be collected in the year 1983 and thereafter.

NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills
does hereby make the following apportionment of original assess-
ments as contained in said assessment roll of August 23, 1982,
against the following described property:

The City Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills is
hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution
and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County,
Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilmember Mulcahy , and upon vote
being taken thereon, the fOllowing voted in favor thereof: All
and the following voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
