Mayor Grant and Councilmembers Monson and Rousseau attended the meeting in person, and Councilmembers Holden and Weber attended virtually. All members confirmed that they could see and hear one another. 1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA MOTION: MaN or Grant moved and Councilmember Rousseau seconded a motion to approve the meeting aLenda. Motion to Approve Hiring of Finance Director MOTION: Councilmember Rousseau moved and Councilmember Monson seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar. A roll call vote was taken. The motion carried (5-0). 3. PULLED CONSENT ITEMS None. ARDEN HILLS SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL — August 17, 2026 2 4. COUNCIL/STAFF COMMENTS Councilmember Rousseau stated that there is increased traffic driving through the Floral Park neighborhood due to the work occurring on Highway 96. She requested a speed trailer be placed in that neighborhood. ADJOURN MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Weber seconded a motion to adjourn. A roll call vote was taken.
