Home My WebLink About84-026(a) ~... . ~ EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ARDEN HILLS RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA August 20, 1984 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 20th day of August, 1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Woqdburn and Councilmembers Rauenhorst, Hicks, and Mulcahy~ and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Hicks introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 84-26(a) RESOLUTION CONSOLIDATING IMPROVEMENTS NO. SS-W-P-ST-84-l AND SS-W-P-ST-84-3 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arden Hi~ls, Minnesota as follows: ~ 1. The City has heretofore instituted and ordered the construction of Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-84-l and Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-84-3, pursuant to and in accordance with the pro- visions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. The proceedings for each of said improvements were instituted in 1984. The pro- ceedings for each of said improvements having been effectively instituted at substantially the same dates, and the construction of both improvements having now been ordered, it is hereby deter- mined that the said improvements, although separately instituted, can be more economically completed if combined and joined as one project for the purpose of further proceedings. Pursuant to the authority contained in Minnesota Statutes, Section 435.56, the future proceedings for these separate improvements are hereby combined, and henceforth all proceedings shall be conducted in all respects as if the separate proceedings had originally been instituted as one proceeding. The improvements specified are designated as Consolidated Improvements of 1984, Projects SS-W-P-ST-84-l and SS-W-P-ST-84-3. "...<", ,.. . . The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Rauenhorst and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present; and the following voted against: None; whereupon said resolution was declared fully passed and adopted.
