<br />~..... <br /> <br />-e <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />August 20, 1984 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was held <br /> <br />in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 20th day of August, <br />1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and <br />Councilmembers Rauenhorst, Hicks, and Mulcahy; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Rauenhorst introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 84-25 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING <br />IMPROVEMENT NO.SS-W-P-ST-84-3 <br />PURSUANT TO PETITION BY 100% OF <br />OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received a petition from all owners <br /> <br />of the real property in the City of Arden Hills in that area <br /> <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />The South 425 feet of the West 361.5 feet of the SW <br />1/4 of the NW 1/4; the South 595 feet of the East <br />300 feet of the West 661.5 feet of the SW 1/4 of <br />the NW 1/4; that part of the South 844.8 feet of <br />the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 lying East of the West <br />661.5 feet thereof; all in Section 22, Township 30r <br />Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota; excepting <br />therefrom that part platted as McClung First <br />Addition and McClung Second Addition, <br /> <br />requesting that the Council install sanitary sewerr watermain, <br /> <br />street and necessary appurtenances at said location and <br /> <br />requesting that the entire cost of said improvement be assessed <br />against their property, and <br />
