EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING
OF CITY COUNCIL
CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
August 20, 1984
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was held
in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 20th day of August,
1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and
Councilmembers Rauenhorst, Hicks, and Mulcahy; and the following
were absent: None.
Councilmember Rauenhorst introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:

RESOLUTION ORDERING
IMPROVEMENT NO.SS-W-P-ST-84-3
PURSUANT TO PETITION BY 100% OF
OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City Council received a petition from all owners
of the real property in the City of Arden Hills in that area
described as follows:
The South 425 feet of the West 361.5 feet of the SW
1/4 of the NW 1/4; the South 595 feet of the East
300 feet of the West 661.5 feet of the SW 1/4 of
the NW 1/4; that part of the South 844.8 feet of
the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 lying East of the West
661.5 feet thereof; all in Section 22, Township 30r
Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota; excepting
therefrom that part platted as McClung First
Addition and McClung Second Addition,
requesting that the Council install sanitary sewerr watermain,
street and necessary appurtenances at said location and
requesting that the entire cost of said improvement be assessed
against their property, and

WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted April
9, 1984 a report has been prepared by the City Consulting
Engineer with reference to the improvement, and this report was
received by the Council on August 20r 1984.
NOWr THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owners of all
property affected b~ said requested improvement in accordance
with Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.031, Subd. 3.
2. Said improvement is feasible and is hereby ordered as
proposed in the report of the City Consulting Engineer.
3. The City Consulting Engineer is hereby designated as the
Engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and speci-
fications for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilmember Hicks, and upon roll call vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All
present; and the following voted against: None; whereupon said
resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the dulygualified and acting
Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, do
hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and
foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the City
Council of said City held on August 20, 1984, with the original
thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript insofar as the same relates to the proposed
construction of Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-84-3.
WITNESS MY HAND as such Clerk Administrator and the corporate
