Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of City Council
City of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Minnesota
May 29, 1984
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on
Tuesday, the 29th day of May, 1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn
and Council members Mulcahy, Christiansen, Rauenhorst, and
Hicks; and the following was absent: none.
Council member Hicks introduced the following reso-
lution and moved its adoption:
Resolution No. 84-15
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT NO. 84-2
PURSUANT TO PETITION
BY 100% OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City Council received a petition from
all owners of the real property in the City of Arden Hills
in that part of Government Lot 2, Section 34, Township 30,
Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying westerly of
Snelling Avenue (Lametti Addition), requesting that the
Council install sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer,
bituminous street, cul-de-sacs, concrete curb and gutter,
and necessary appurtenances at said location and requesting
that the entire cost of said improvement be assessed against
their property, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council
adopted April 9, 1984, a report has been prepared by the
.
City consulting engineer with reference to the improvement,
and this report was received by the Council on May 29, 1984.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owners
of all property affected by said requested improvement in
accordance with Minn. Stat. 429.031, Subd. 3.

Said improvement is feasible and is hereby
proposed in the report of the City consulting
3. The City consulting engineer is hereby designated
as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans
and specifications for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolu-
tion was duly seconded by Council member Mulcahy, and upon
roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: all; and the following voted against: none;
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and
acting Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills,
Ramsey County, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care-
fully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes
of a meeting of the City Council of said City held on the
date therein indicated with the original of said minutes on
file in my office, and that said extract is a full, true and
correct transcript of said minutes, insofar as they relate
to the proposed construction of Improvement No. 84-2 in and
for said City, under and pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
Chapter 429, and that the resolution included therein is a
full, true and correct copy of the original
thereof.
