Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of City Council
City of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on
Monday, the 9th day of April, 1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn
and Council Members Hicks, Rauenhorst, Christiansen and
Mulcahy; and the following was absent: none.
Council Member Rauenhorst introduced and moved the
adoption of the following resolution:
Resolution No. 84-13
RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF
PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF
REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT 84-3
WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement
in the City of Arden Hills in that area described as follows:
The South 425 feet of the West 361.5 feet of the SW 1/4
of the NW l/4; the South 595 feet of the East 300 feet
of the West 661.5 feet of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4;
that part of the South 844.8 feet of the SW 1/4 of the
NW 1/4 lying East of the West 661.5 feet thereof; all
in Section 22, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County,
Minnesota; excepting therefrom that part platted as
McClung First Addition and McClung Second Addition,

by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, street and
necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on~A;~1S
;,r~fC , is hereby declared to be signed by 100%~
owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes, Sec. 429.035.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA:

That the petition be referred to the City Consulting
Engineers for study and that they are instructed to
report to the Council with all convenient speed, ad-
vising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether
it should best be made as proposed or in connection
with some other improvement, and the estimated cost
of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Council Member Hicks and, upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
WOOdburn, Council Members Rauenhorst, Hicks, and Mulcahy; and
the following voted against the same: Council Member
Christiansen; whereupon said resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk of the City of Arden HillS, Minnesota, do hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing
extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the City Council
of said City held on the 9th day of April, 1984, with the
original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a
full, true and complete transcript insofar as the same relates
to Improvement 84-3.
