Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of City Council
City of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on
Monday, the 26th day of March, 1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn
and Council Members Mulcahy, Hicks and Rauenhorst and the
following was absent: Council Member Christiansen.
Council Member Hicks introduced and moved the adoption
of the following resolution:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-10
RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
N~D ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON
IMPROVEMENT NO. 84-1
WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement
in the City of Arden Hills on ,the South~1800 feet of the West
1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 22, Township 30, Range 23,
(the Royal Hills North Plat) by the installation of sanitary
sewer, watermain, street, curb and gutter, storm sewer and
necessary appurtenances filed with the Council on February 27,
1984, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percen-
tage of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA:
That the petition be referred to the City Consulting
Engineers for study and that they are instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as pro-
posed or in connection with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Council Member Rauenhorst and upon vote
being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: All;
and the following voted against the same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, do
hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the
City Council of said City held on the 26th day of March, 1984,
with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same
is a full, true and complete transcript insofar as the same
relates to proposed Improvement No. 84-1.
