RESOLUTION CONGRATULATING DAVID REID
FOR ATTAINING THE RANK OF EAGLE SCOUT
WHEREAS, the rank of Eagle Scout is the highest
rank In scouting, and
WHEREAS, attaining this rank requires a great deal
of effort and perseverance, and
WHEREAS, David Reid has attained the rank of Eagle
Scout, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Arden Hi lis Is
proud of this achievement and desires to recognize and honor

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Arden Hills
Council commends and congratulates David Reid for attaining the
high rank of Eagle Scout.
