RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT VACANCY EXISTS
AS COUNCILMAN AND APPOINTING COUNCILMAN
TO FILL UNEXPIRED TERM

WHEREAS, Diane McAI lister resigned as Councilman
effective December 31, 1983, and
WHEREAS, the City Councl I accepted Diane McAllister's
resignation, by motion, on December 12, 1983, declaring that
a vacancy exists as Councilman, and
WHEREAS, the Councl I accepted applications for
appointment as Councilman until January 13, 1984;
appoints
NOW, THEREFORE,
