RESOLUTI ON FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS
BY TE LEPHON IC I NSTRUCT IONS

WHEREAS, The Norwest Bank St, Paul, N.A, and the
Rosevllle State Bank are depositories In which funds of the
City of Arden Hills may be deposited, and a corporate resolu-
tion with respect thereto Is preuntly In effect authorIzing
the deposit and withdrawal of funds; and
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills desIres to add to
and supplement said corporate .resolutlon wIth the following
resolution:
RESOLVED,
I, Anyone of the fol lowing persons:

Is authorized on behalf of this corporation to give Instructions
by telephone to the NORWEST BANK ST PAUL, N.A. or the ROSEVILLE
STATE BANK to transfer funds on deposit with the bank:
(a) to other accounts of this corporation with
the Bank; or
(b) to othe r accounts of this corporation wi th
ot he r banks.
2. The Bank Is authorized to act on such telephonic
Instructions received by It from anyone who represents himself
to be any of the above-named persons whether or not his voice
resembles the voice of such person.
3. The Bank Is authorized In Its sole descretlon to
refuse to honor telephone Instructions and to Insist upon
written Instructions signed by anyone of the persons named In
paragraph I of this resolution.
