Resolution No. 83-63

WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey
County by Resolution No. 83-774 dated October 17, 1983,
classified as non-conservation land, certain land lying
within the limits of the City of Arden Hills; and
WHEREAS, A certified copy of the classification
resolution together with a list of the land classified has
been submitted for approval of the classification and aale
of the land classified in accordance with MSA. Section
282.01, sub. 1;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the classification
of Parcel No. 25-40960-010-06 as non-conservation land and
the sale thereof be and hereby is approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED
be and hereby is authorized
