RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES AND LIABILITY
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR ALCOHOLIC BEVER-
AGES, AMUSEMENTS AND RECREATION, VARIOUS
BUSINESSES, ITINERANT FOOD VENDORS AND
VENDING MACHINES; AMENDING RESOLUTION NOS.
81-6, 81-12, 82-8 AND 82-41 AND ABOLISHING
RESOLUTION NO. 81-11
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 217 provides that fees
~ be established by resolution from time to time adopted by
the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee, after cereful study,
has recommended changes In the present fee schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following
fees and liability Insurance requirements are hereby estab-
