Resolution No. 83-54
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEE FOR INSPECTION
AND CERTIFICATION OF MOBILE HOMES SOLD IN
MOBILE-HOME PARKS
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 217 provides that fees be
. established by resolution from time to time adopted by the
City Council, and
WHEREAS, State law requires mobile homes sold
In mobile home parks to meet certain life safety requirements,
and
WHEREAS, the City Building Inspector Is charged with
enforcement of the State law and certification, In writing,
that the mobile home Is In compliance with said safety requlre-
men ts .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a fee of $25.00
be established for inspection and certification of mobile
homes sold In mobile home parks.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the above fee shall be
effectl ve August B, 1983.
