Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of Ci ty Council
City of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Minnesota
.
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on
Monday, the 25th day of July, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and
Councilmen McAllister, Christiansen and Mulcahy; and the
following was absent: Councilman Hicks.
Councilman McAllister introduced and moved the adoption
of the following resolution:
Resolution No. 83-38
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. W-83-4
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the
City of Arden Hills including all that property abutting
S.T.H. 96 west of S.T.H. 10 and all that property abutting
S.T.H. 10 north of S.T.H. 96 by the construction of watermain
and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefitted pro-
perty for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pur-
suant to Minn. Stat. Section 429.011 to 429.lll (Minnesota
Statutes 1961).
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA:

That the proposed improvement be referred to the City
Consulting Engineer for study and that he is instructed to
report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the
Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed impro-
vement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman Christiansen and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
All Present; and the following voted against the same: None;
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, do
hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and
foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the City
Council of said City held on the 25th day of July, 1983, with
the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a
full, true and complete transcript insofar as the same relates
to Improvement No. W-83-4.
