Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, at 1450 West Highway 96, Arden Hills, Minnesota, on Monday, the June , 1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. Mayo~ Hicks, Christiansen, McAllister and Mulcahy The following members were present: All 13th day of Woodburn, Councilmen ',., . and the following were absent: None Councilman Hicks introduced the following reso- lution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 83-33 --~ RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 68-1 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Water Improvement No. 68-1 as last finally adopted on October 6, 1969, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on November 6, 1969, for the purpose of inclUding installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1970, and WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll have been divided and . conveyed by previous property owners, and WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original , tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County ~ Auditor against each parcel of property thereafte~, commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1970 and thereafter.
