Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of City Council
City of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, at 1450 West Highway
96, Arden Hills, Minnesota, on Monday, the 23rd day of
May ,1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Robert L. Woodburn,
Councilmen Michael Christiansen, Dale Hicks, Diane McAllister and
Tom Mulcahy
and the following were absent: None
Councilman Mulcahy
introduced the following reso-
lution and moved its adoption:
Resolution No. 83-28
RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT
OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED
WATER IMPROVEMENTS 67-1 AND 67-2
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water
Improvements 67-1 and 67-2 as last finally adopted on September
24, 1968, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of
Ramsey County on November 7, 1968, for the purpose of including
installments thereof to be collected along with real estate
taxes commencing in 1969; and
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll have been divided and
conveyed by previous property owners; and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that

"
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be
made by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills in order
that the proper assessment can be extended by the County
Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing
with an assessment to be collected in the year 1969 and
thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of September
24, 1968, against the fOllowing described property:

The Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills is
hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolu-
tion and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey
County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman Hicks , and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All
and the fOllowing voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
