Resolution No. 83-24
Requesting Appropriation of Municipal State-Aid
Funds for Lexington Avenue Improvement

WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for
the City of Arden Hills to participate in the cost of a con-
struction project located on C.S.A.H. No. 51 within the limits
of said municipality, and
WHEREAS, said construction project has been approved
by the Department of Highways and identified in its records as
S.A.P. No. 187-020-03.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that we do hereby appro-
priate from our Municipal State-Aid Street Funds the sum of
$52,500 dollars to apply toward the construction of said project
and request the Commissioner of Highways to approve this autho-
rization.
