Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of City Council
City of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Minnesota
March 28, 1983
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was
held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 28th day of
March, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and
Councilmen Hicks, McAllister, Mulcahy and Christiansen; and
the following were absent: None.
Councilman Hicks introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
Resolution No. 83-23
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT NO.
SS-W-P-ST-83-3 PURSUANT TO PETITION
BY 100% OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City Council received a petition from the
owner of the real property identified as Hazelnut Park
Addition, Phase 1, in the City of Arden Hills, requesting that
the Council install sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer,
bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary
appurtenances at said location and requesting that the entire
cost of said improvement be assessed against his property; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted
February 14, 1983, a report has been prepared by the City
Consulting Engineer with reference to the improvement, and

this report was received by the Council on March 28, 1983.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owner of all
property affected by said requested improvement in accordance
with M.S.A. Sec. 429.031(3).
2. Said improvement is feasible and is hereby ordered as
proposed in the report of the City Consulting Engineer.
3. The City Consulting Engineer is hereby designated as
the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans
and specifications for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman McAllister and upon roll call
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
All; and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon
said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the
attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the
City Council of said City held on the date therein indicated
with the original of said minutes on file in my office, and
that said extract is a full, true and correct transcript of
said minutes, insofar as they relate to the proposed construc-
tion of Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-83-3 in and for said City,
under and pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and
that the resolution included therein is a full, true and
correct copy of the original thereof.
