Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of City Council
City of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Minnesota

March 28, 1983
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was
held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, March 28, 1983,
at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor WOodburn and
Councilmen Hicks, MCAllister, Mulcahy and Christiansen; and
the following were absent: None.
After a discussion of the views and comments of the
persons present at the public feasibility hearing of March 14,
1983, Councilman Mulcahy introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:

RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF
IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-83-2, OPTION 1, UNDER AND
PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR

BElT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota
Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a
public hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement
No. SS-83-2 consisting of the extension of sanitary sewer and
necessary appurtenances to all that property located in the
South 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 27, Township 30,
Range 23 (1315 Red Fox Road), as described in the Notice of
Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $24,000.00, and sub-
stantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to
the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of
the City Clerk Administrator; and having considered the views
of all interested persons and being fully advised in the
premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that
said improvement shall be constructed and financed, and
special assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said

Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be assessed therefor
shall include the property as described in the Notice of
Hearing. The City Consulting Engineer is directed to prepare
and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman McAllister and upon roll call
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
All; and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon
said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the
attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the
City Council of said City held on the date therein indic~ted
with the original of said minutes on file in my office and
that said extract is a full, true and correct transcript of
said minutes, insofar as they relate to the proposed construc-
tion of Improvement No. SS-83-2, Option 1, under and pursuant
to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended.
