RESOLUTION NO. 83-21
RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF
ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO WATER IMPR.
NO. 68-1
WHEREAS, Division No. 057871 is the result of a road
easement on a portion of lot 17, block 3, Arden Oaks, and
WHEREAS, the City of,Arden Hills has been requested to
apportion the assessments by reason of the road easement con-
veyance, and
WHEREAS, no special assessments are attributable to the
road ease_nt involved in Division No. 057871,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE. IT RESOLVED that the c:;ity Council of
the City of Arden Hills does hereby make the fQllowing appor-
tionment of the original assessments against the following de-
scribed properties:
