RESOLUTION NO. 83-15
RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING ON
WEST SIDE OF LEXINGTON AVENUE
,
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was duly called and held in the Council Chambers in
said City on the 28th of February ,1983.

its adoption:
introduced the following resolution and moved
WHEREAS, the County has planned the improvement of Lexington Avenue from
790 feet north of County Road F to County Road 0-2.
WHEREAS, the County will be expending County State Aid Highway funds on
the improvement of said street, and
WHEREAS, said improvement does not conform to the approved minImum
standards as previOUSly adopted for such County State Aid streets and that approval of
the proposed construction as a County State Aid street project must, therefore, be
conditioned upon certain parking restrictions, and
WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions that would be a necessary prerequisite
to the approval of this construction as a County State Aid project in the City, has
been determined.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY R&'30LVED, that the City requests the County
to restrict the parking of motor vehicles on the west side of Lexington Avenue from
790 feet north of County Road F to County Road 0-2.
1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed Clerk of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefUlly compared the attached and
foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the City of Arden Hills, held on the
28rh of F..hrll..ry , 1983, with the original on file in my office,
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same
relates to the planned improvement of Lexi~ton Avenue.
