<br />r <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />'>. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 14th day <br /> <br />of February, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />'rhe following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and <br /> <br />Councilmen McAllister, Mulcahy, Hicks and Christiansen; and <br /> <br />the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Hicks introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 83-12 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF <br />PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-p-ST-83-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Arden Hills, on all that property identified as <br /> <br />Hazelnut Park Addition, Phase 1, by the installation of <br /> <br />sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, bituminous paving, <br /> <br />conrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances, filed <br /> <br />with the Council on January 18, 1983, is hereby declared to <br />be signed by 100% of the owners of property affected thereby <br /> <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Consulting <br />.
