Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of City Council
City of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was
duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 14th day
of February, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
'rhe following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and
Councilmen McAllister, Mulcahy, Hicks and Christiansen; and
the following were absent: None.
Councilman Hicks introduced and moved the adoption of the
following resolution:
Resolution No. 83-12
RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF
PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF
REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-p-ST-83-3
WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in
the City of Arden Hills, on all that property identified as
Hazelnut Park Addition, Phase 1, by the installation of
sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, bituminous paving,
conrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances, filed
with the Council on January 18, 1983, is hereby declared to
be signed by 100% of the owners of property affected thereby
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA:
That the petition be referred to the City Consulting
. Engineers for study and that they are instructed to report

to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is
feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed
or in connection with some other improvement, and the esti-
mated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman McAllister and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All;
and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon
said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota,
do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the
City Council of said City held on the 14th day of February,
1983, with the original thereof on file in my office, and
the same is a full, true and complete transcript insofar as
the same relates to Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-83-3.
