Extract o~ Minutes of Meeting
of City Council
City of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was
duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 31st day
of January, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and
Councilmen Mulcahy, Christiansen, McAllister and Hicks; and
the following were absent: None.
Councilman Hicks introduced and moved the adoption of the
following resolution:
Resolution No. 83-9
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-83-2
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the
City of Arden Hills, by the extension of sanitary sewer, to
all that property located in the South 1/2 of the Northeast
1/4 of Section 27, Township 30, Range 23 (1315 Red Fox Road),
and to asse2S the benefitted property for all or a portion of
the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minn. Statutes Sees.
429.011 to 429.111 (Minn. Statutes 1961).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement be referred to the City
Consulting Engineer for study and that he is instructed to
report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising
the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed
improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be

made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement,
and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman Mulcahy and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Woodburn and Councilmen Hicks, Mulcahy and Christiansen; and
the following voted against the same: Councilman McAllister;
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.

. I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, do
hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the
City Council of said City held on the 31st day of January,
1983, with the original thereof on file in my office, and the
same is a full, true and complete transcript insofar as the
same relates to Improvement No. SS-83-2.
