RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF
ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO WATER 68-3
.
WHEREAS, Division No. 057880 combines a portion
of Parcel Code 25-16750-110-01 with Parcel Code 25-03400-010-56,
and
WHEREAS, two new parcel codes are thereby created,
namely 25-16750-111-01 and 25-03400-020-56, and
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hi lis has been requested
to apportion the assessments according to the above descriptions
relating to Water 68-3, and
WHEREAS, there are no assessments due on the original
Parcel Code 25-16750-110-01;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden
HI lis does hereby make the following apportionment of the original
assessments against the following described propertJes:
