AUTHORIZATION RESOLUT!ON

THIS IS TO CERTIFY: That at a moet1ng of the City
Council of ,~rden Hi lis duly called oild he~d January 3, [983,
the foJ'owlng re~olutlon was adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Northwestern Natlona~ 8ank of
St. Paul and the Rosevll Ie StatE Bank shal I be the offIcial
d0posltorles for all funds of the City cf Arden HII Is for the
c&lendar year 1983; and
8E IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer shail,
from tfme to time, ascertain that adequate security, as required
by the laws of the State of Minnesota, Is furnished by such
depositories to protect the City's deposited funds against
financiaJ 1055; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that checks of ~hls corpora-
tion drawn on Northwestern National Bank of St. Paul and the
Rosevil Ie State Bank, here1natter cal~ed the Bank, shall be
signed by three of the following officers:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said Banks are
hereby authorized and directed to honor and pay any checks so
drawn as above set forth, whether or not such chec~s be payable
to the order of one of the foregoing persons either In his
Individual or officIal capacity or deposited to his IndivIdual
credit, and whether or not such signatures are followed by the
~Itle or offIce of the parson signing.
