RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIOkMENT OF
ASSESSMENtS RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT
P-81-1
WHEREAS, the assessment rol I for Improvement No.
P-81-1 as last finally adopted on August 23, 1982, was filed
and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on September
28, 1982, for the purpose of. Including Installments thereof to be
collected along with real estate taxes commencing In 1983; and
.
WHEREAS, the Count~ Auditor ot Ramsey County requires
that apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where It has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made
by the City Councl I of the City of Arden HI lis In order that the
proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against
each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment
to be collected In the year 1983 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained In said assessment roll of August 23,
1982, against the fol lowing described property.
