RESOLUTION NO. 86-55
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMS OF MONEY TO BE LEVIED
FOR LEVY YEAR 1986, PAYABLE IN 1987, AND AMENDING THE LEVY ON
1972 IMPROVEMENT BOND SERIES 2 AND 1977 GENERAL OBLIGATION
REFUNDING BONDS
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Arden Hills.
County of Ramsey, that the following sums of money be levied for levy
year 1986. payable in 1987. upon taxable property in said City of
Arden Hills, for the following purposes:
General Fund
Shade Tree Disease
Water UtilRY

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the tax levy for 1986, payable
in 1987, for Improvement Bonds be reduced as follows:
1972 Improvement Bonds Series 2 from $39,100 to 0;
1977 General Obligation Refunding Bonds from $14,600 to 0
due to the fact that the bonds have been defeased and there are
sufficient funds to pay 1987 bond installments and the funds have
been irrevocably appropriated.
Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 22nd day of
September, 1986.
